CodeLobster PHP Edition is a basic and free edition of a simple development environment, which is addressed to developers of websites and web applications written in PHP and HTML technologies, using JS scripts and CSS sheets. The software offers basic functionality that allows you to conveniently create both simple websites and slightly more complex web applications. It consists of a syntax highlighting mechanism for PHP code, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, auto-complete syntax, PHP debugger or file explorer, which allows you to establish connections and send our project files to FTP/SFTP servers.

There was also a card function that allows you to work with multiple files in one program window, code validation options, support for version control systems and a simple SQL manager. CodeLobster PHP Edition is equipped with support for extensions (plug-ins). Thanks to them, we can easily and conveniently create a project based on popular CMS systems (CakePhp, Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress) and write our own plugins for them.

The environment enables easy integration of projects with frameworks such as jQuery, Smarty and Symfony.
