Celin primarily enables the editing of SAD documents, but this editing is possible in the way developed in the Celin system, not in the SAD paper document. Therefore, the program does not contain paper modeled editing forms, but forms adapted to a much wider range of information in the Celina system.

The same applies to filling in NCTS and Intrastat documents. In addition to document recording, it allows for a fully defined printing of information contained in the paper-based database. The software contains several templates of XML documents (for Celina, NCTS and Intrastat systems), which can be modified or created.

All customs declarations are based on the customs tariff, which is automatically updated in the ISZTAR system. In order to update the tariff data within the ISZTAR system, the company must be registered in this system in order to receive a login and password.
