CDisplayEx is a very simple comic book reader in electronic form, which is perfect for older computers. It is characterized by low demand for system resources, fast performance and support for e-comics in the most popular formats. The application is equipped with a simple graphical interface, focusing only the most important functions, enabling comfortable reading of comics.

These include basic options for navigating between pages, several modes of displaying and adjusting the image to the screen, the ability to export selected pages to JPG files, as well as the function of presenting a comic book as a slide show. There was also support for keystroke shortcuts, which significantly improve the operation of the reader in full screen mode. CDisplayEx supports cartoon files in CBR, CBZ, CBT, CB7, RAR, ZIP, TAR, LZH, ARJ, CAB, GZ, BZ2, 7Z, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WEBP, TIFF, TIFF and PDF documents formats.
