BPGconv is a program to convert JPG or BMP images to a rare but surprisingly effective BPG format. With compression (which can be both loss-making and non-destructive), we can achieve up to 90% compression levels. This will make it possible to reduce the size of the photo library to a great extent, although in this case you have to take into account a lower compatibility - not every browser can cope with the format received.

Operation of the application is very simple - in the first step you should drag to the workspace those photos that you want to edit (it can be multiple files at the same time). Later, we can go to conversion or use settings where you can find many parameters that affect the way the whole process is performed, including for example the quality level or type of saving information about the color space of the photo. In the program you will also find a tab, thanks to which the operation of the whole application reverses - we import BPG files to decode them and then save them in another, more popular graphic format, e.g.
