Avast Clear (formerly avast! Uninstall Utility) is a small tool for uninstalling AVAST Software's antivirus software from your computer. The task is to carry out the complete removal process, as well as to delete the remains of a failed installation wizard.

In addition to deleting the files themselves from the disk, it also allows you to delete the relevant services, registry entries and options from the context menu, responsible for scanning data on user request. Support for Avast Clear is limited to indicating from the list of software to be uninstalled. If it has been installed in a location other than the default offered location, it is also necessary to indicate the appropriate path on the disk.

The tool supports almost all AVAST Software products - including Avast Free Antivirus, Avast Pro Antivirus, Avast Internet Security, Avast Premier and the Avast Business Security business edition.
