The Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit is a free administrative toolkit for checking the compatibility of Windows XP applications with SP2, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and Windows 7 before they migrate to these systems. The package includes: Application Analyzer - an easy-to-use set of tools to inventory and report application compatibility, Internet Explorer Compatibility Evaluator - helping to find problems with IE compatibility in Windows XP with SP2, and Compatibility Administrator - giving access to patches enabling the launch of older applications.
A comprehensive Application Compatibility Toolkit Framework is included with the package.
