Ant Renamer is a free tool for renaming files and folders. The program can run in batch mode, so that we can rename many files and folders very quickly based on set criteria. It is possible to change the file extension, modify the character string (single or multiple change, insert or move the character string, and remove the characters).

The tool also allows you to number (e.g. documents or photos), add tags, date and time, create random file names and more. Ant Renamer does not require specialist knowledge on the user's side and is very easy to use.

Simply add files or directories to the main program window, and then press the "actions" button to specify the rules of the name modification. After performing these actions, there is nothing else but to use the "do" option.
