AllOff is a free (for home use) tool that will help you save electricity consumed by your computer or laptop when it is idle. It allows, among other things, to switch off the device when not in use. The program allows you to monitor factors such as keyboard and mouse activity, the use of the processor, and even the transfer of incoming data to the computer, and on their basis can take action such as to save energy or protect the user's private data.

AllOff offers options that allow you to shut down, hibernate, cut off, sleep or restart your computer after a preset period of inactivity. However, the possibilities of this small tool do not end there. In the configuration options we can define that the program waits for saving e.g.

created documents, forces to close running applications or waits some time for the user's reaction, which may stop its operation. They also contain settings for inactivity conditions (e.g. percentage of CPU usage, transfer level, etc.), the fulfilment of which will initiate the execution of the task.
