Rental is a program used to operate the warehouse in terms of renting tools, goods and articles. It is an ideal tool for those who base their business on sharing equipment from their warehouse. It is an extension of Comarch ERP Optima and Comarch ERP XL software.

The program automatically watches over tools/goods dispensations from the warehouse, tools/goods arrivals to the warehouse, number and type of tools/goods dispensed/accepted. It contains an 'Analysis' module, which allows you to prepare a list of tools borrowed by employees in a given period of time, a list of tools held by the employee, lack of warehouse resources, employees with a given commodity, as well as the export of data to an MS Excel file. With the module 'Goods' it is possible to view the list of goods in stock with the option of using filters, editing existing goods or adding new ones, synchronization of goods with the list in Comarch ERP OPTIMA software, assigning the location of goods on the rack, export data to the *.xls file, preview of the history of goods, printing labels with barcode and generating and previewing inventory sheets.

On the other hand, the 'Employees' module offers the possibility of previewing the list of employees with the use of filtering, additionally with the possibility of editing employee files. In the 'Documents' module it is possible to make the following listings: documents of acceptance, issue, purchase and disbursement, editing or cancelling documents, adding goods to the application database based on RW documents from Comarch ERP Optima.
