WirelessMon is a tool for monitoring Wi-Fi adapters and other information about nearby wireless access points and hot spots. All data provided by WirelessMon is provided in real time and, if necessary, we can save it to a WMPF file. The program collects both text information and generates various graphs presenting, among other things, statistics related to the strength of the Internet connection signal or individual IP addresses of users of a given wireless network.
It is also ideal as a program for measuring network speed and bandwidth. WirelessMon can verify that the 802.11 connection has been set up correctly, as well as find nearby hotspots and create a map showing the strength of the Wi-Fi signal in the area. It will also scan your Wi-Fi devices and, if necessary, inform you when you need to install a newer version of the drivers.
Interestingly, WirelessMon includes the MetaGeek Wi-Spy function, which is responsible for locating possible interference in devices other than those using the 802.11A/B/G/N standard transmitting at the same frequencies.
