Windicator by CTI is an extension for CDN Optima program, created for trade and service companies. Its task is to automatically notify customers of upcoming payment dates, as well as generate and send via e-mail or SMS reminders of payments. The application is closely related to the CDN Optima software liability database, from where it gets detailed information about upcoming payments or payments that have already passed the deadline.

After proper configuration, the Indicator by CTI allows for fully automated sending of notifications and reminders via e-mail or SMS, without the need for any service from the user. Such a solution saves time and also reduces the costs that would have to be borne by the company in connection with the commencement of debt collection activities.
