WarCraft's great series of strategy games in 2002 saw the third part, which moved the struggle of different races in the colorful fantasy world to a 3D engine. The title quickly gained recognition and the Reign of Chaos sold in millions of copies, earning as much as a supplement. This time the conflict was shown from the point of view of 4 groups.
Each of them is a bit different here. The campaign mode has been divided into chapters of several stages each. Depending on the game, we direct the actions of people, orcs, undead or elves.
There are elements characteristic of modern strategies, such as the fog of war or independent enemy units controlled by artificial intelligence. Naturally, the basis of fun is good organization of the base and production of combat units. In addition to the classic style of play, the game also offers less standard stages, in which you can use only pre-assigned troops, directed by the hero of the site.
A lot of good is still said about a portion of multiplayer title. Net skirmishes not only remained in the head, but the work also gave life to many modifications, which later turned into independent productions. Here we should mention, for example, DotA.
The demo version allows you to play the very beginning of the campaign, teaching the basics of tactical craftsmanship and offering many minutes of gameplay.
