Vistumbler is a free tool (open-source license) used primarily to search for wireless networks on a computer with Windows operating system. Interestingly, the main Vistumbler window contains not only a list of available Wi-Fi connections, but also a satellite map showing the location of destinations. In addition to locating wireless networks, this tool allows you to connect to them;
you can also export your GPS location to a KML (Google Earth) or GPX (GPS eXchange) file. Vistumbler presents detailed scanning results, which mainly include network status, MAC address, SSID, signal quality and encryption method. The results obtained by the application can be exported to a file in VS1, VSZ, CSV, KMZ, GPX or NS1 format, so that we can analyze them in depth.
