VidCutter is a very easy to use, free program for cutting movies and combining fragments of a movie into a single whole. You can use it to cut interesting shots from a long film with frame-accuracy or to combine several shots into one longer film. VidCutter allows you to load one movie at a time, play it and mark the start and end points of subsequent clips.

Interestingly, subsequent fragments may overlap - they will be exported as separate files. After selecting a few fragments of the film, these fragments and one film consisting of these selected fragments will be exported separately. You can add files from the outside to the exported clips, or you can change the order of the files before exporting the video.

You can save the splitting of the film as a project and finish the work after restarting the program.
