Ultimate Windows Tweaker is a free tool for configuring and optimizing Windows. Developed by Indian programmer Ramesh Kumar, it was first released to the public in 2008. Ultimate Windows Tweaker version 2.0 runs on Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions).
An unquestionable advantage of the program is the fact that it does not need to be installed on a hard disk. After starting the application, you can immediately benefit from more than 150 new settings and enhancements. The most important novelties in version 2.0 include improved support for 4GB of RAM in 32-bit versions of Windows, the ability to turn off the Windows Security Center service and improved management of the Aero Graphics Interface.
