TCPView is a simple but helpful tool for administrators (though not only) to monitor processes using TCP or UDP protocols. The author of the application is Mark Russinovich of Sysinternals, known for his many excellent system tools. TCPView displays a list of all processes that connect via TCP or UDP protocols with application name, protocol type, local address (including port), remote address and current state.
The program allows you to close the connections of the indicated processes or even turn them off. The list can be saved to a text file at any time. In the file with the installation version of the program, there is a twin version of running from the command line.
