Taskbar Shuffle is a free application designed to manage the applications on the taskbar. Thanks to the drag-and-drop method, the user is able to move applications in real time, just as it is with Firefox panels. In addition, the author has also taken care to ensure that similar movement is possible with icons available in the tray.

In this case, proceed in the same way as with the applications on the taskbar, only with the CTRL key pressed. Taskbar Shuffle settings are available from the system tray, but you can disable the tray icon so that you do not feel that the program is running in the background. The tool uses about 3 MB of RAM.
