Tactical Intervention is a free shooter that Counter-Strike fans should be interested in, because the head of the project was Minh Le, co-creator of the 2000 online hit. Terrorists and anti-terrorists face each other again here, but vehicles and even dogs join the game. Once again, the basis of fun is not only a skilled eye and quick hand, but also the choice of equipment.
Graphically, the production can't compare to contemporary hits because it runs on the Source engine used by Half-Life games, but it carries a sweet breeze from the old school of FPS project development. The game can be played in two basic modes. Tactical Intervention offers both team deathmatch, i.e.
joint killing of enemies up to a set murder limit, as well as fun in the performance of missions. Fulfilling certain assumptions and knocking out enemies brings with it better equipment at the start of the next challenge. In the game we will take part in several available scenarios.
They are divided into those in which we bounce hostages, put on or disarm bombs or take care of escorting specific people to a specific destination or what they carry in their luggage. Undoubtedly, an interesting addition is the possibility of using various elements of the environment (e.g. gas cylinders), sliding on ropes or even using hostages as living shields.
Tactical Intervention is characterized by high action dynamics and energetic gameplay. In addition to constant shooting and constant quest to enslave enemy units, we will also come across elements of tactics and strategy. Thanks to the good audio-visual setting and high playability, the title will certainly provide many hours of fun.
