StarBurn 15 is the latest edition of the free application designed to burn various types of data on CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/HD-DVD media. The program offers such functions as compilation of data, audio and ISO images, cleaning of rewritable drives, burning images of discs in ISO format, compression of music files to the most popular formats including MP3, OGG, WMA. StarBurn is also equipped with a VCD, SVCD and DVD video recording module and the option to create images from 1 to 1 CD/DVD with audio and video content.

Users will also appreciate the mechanism of creating virtual DVDs implemented in the program. Interestingly, the program was created mainly to show the possibilities offered by the commercial StarBurn SDK engine (Software Development Kit).
