SpaceSniffer is a small and non-installation tool presenting in a graphic form (the so-called TreeMaps) all the data collected on the indicated hard disk of the computer. The program gives the user a convenient way to track all folders and files that are currently located on a defined partition. After a thorough analysis, it displays a graphical representation of the data on the disk in the form of a colorful mosaic.
You can easily read from it, for example, which of the installed programs or games occupies the most disk space. The interactive TreeMapa generated with SpaceSniffer allows you to view individual data. By clicking on the available tiles that correspond to the folders on your hard drive, you can browse through their contents.
From the configuration options level we will define their colors for both directories (by default marked as brown) and files (displayed as blue rectangles). There was also a filtering function, with the help of which we can limit the data included in TreeMap to e.g. files with a specific extension - graphics, multimedia, documents, etc.
The data can be used in the TreeMap.
