SnagIt is an extremely powerful tool for taking screenshots, capturing text from applications and web pages, as well as, unprecedentedly, recording to a video file in AVI format what is happening on the computer desktop. The program allows you to take snapshots of the whole screen or any part of the screen (e.g. active window), it is equipped with scrolling functions to save information that does not fit on the screen.

Obtained materials can be processed through the built-in SnagIt Editor, as well as enriched with additional elements such as selections, arrows, etc. using the second attached SnagIt Studio program. Despite a very extensive list of functions and an English-speaking interface, operation of the program is very simple.
