Smallpdf is a lightweight tool for converting PDF documents between many popular formats, which was created using Electron technology. The application enables convenient, efficient and really fast conversion of these documents into Word, Excel, Powerpoint or JPG files. Such a solution allows, among other things, to avoid the use of often expensive PDF editing software, allowing the user to easily modify the content of documents using e.g.

a standard text editor such as Microsoft Word or LibreOffice Writer. Another interesting feature of the program is the ability to compress PDF documents, which can reduce the size of the output file by up to 30%. But that is not all.

According to the creators' announcements, Smallpdf will soon be additionally equipped with tools for editing, dividing and merging PDF documents, as well as their rotation, signing and securing. The application is available in versions for Windows and Mac OS.
