ReShade is an advanced tool for post-processing both in computer games and programs. Thanks to it, we will increase the quality of visual setting in Grand Theft Auto V or Doomie from 2016. A variety of graphical add-ons such as ambient occlusion, true depth of field effects, advanced SMAA antialiasing based on deep edge detection, chromatic aberration, automatic saturation and colour correction, cross-processing and more are available.

The authors of ReShade have also released ReShade FX, their own shading language and transcompiler, whose syntax is based on HLSL. It adds a variety of features to make it easier to work on post-processing effects.
