Remote Assistant 365 is a free (also for commercial applications) tool for providing remote assistance via the Internet. It allows you to connect to any computer in the world without problems resulting from the use of a client firewall, NAT, etc. The program was built on the basis of the popular UltraVNC, but unlike its predecessor, it incorporates a number of additional solutions aimed at increasing the security of connections made through it.

Remote help is implemented in the tool via external servers. Each session is assigned an ID number and password, which entitles only those persons who have the mentioned data to connect to the computer. A 128-bit encryption tunnel is used to transfer all kinds of data within the session.

Remote Assistant 365 offers functions that not only control the client session, but also transfer files to a remote machine, conduct a text chat with the user, send email invitations for remote help, all without having to configure and install any additional components. The tool allows you to handle any number of administrators, has been equipped with 3 modes of operation: normal user, administrator and service.

For the latter, it allows you to establish a classic VNC session with the client computer, as well as resume suspended sessions. In addition, Remote Assistant 365 is able to operate in Windows emergency mode, record time spent working with the customer and establish a remote connection with the computer without any customer interaction (e.g. after business hours).

The program can also be successfully used within the local network, e.g. at the company's headquarters.
