Refunktion is a first-person platform sneakdown enriched with elements of penetration, finding, but most of all, reconnaissance. The position clearly shows the features taken from Mirror's Edge and the cult Portal. We are thrown into a secluded universe, somewhere on the high roofs of a modern metropolis, ruled by sinister, ruthless spy spies who are constantly following in our footsteps.
The task of the robots is to protect the entire game territory from any outside interference. Only intelligence, quick thinking and a reliable sense of spatial orientation can be turned against them. Acting as an intruder, we try to find and collect all the coloured cubes opening the previously inaccessible mysterious passages.
The game is relatively short, but requires a lot of commitment. During the game there is not much time to think about and look for the right way. We jump, crawl, enter every possible nook and cranny and use every possible opportunity to protect ourselves from one-sided guards.
Refunktion is a short-lived but very addictive production that will require the player to be fast and at the same time masterful and brilliant. Getting a set of colored cubes and completing all orange fields will certainly require many attempts, repetitions and a lot of sacrifice ;-).
