Radeon BIOS Editor (RBE) is a tool for editing the BIOS of ATI Radeon graphics cards, focusing mainly on the frequency and voltage parameters of the system and fan speed. Unlike most competing applications of this type (e.g. RivaTuner), it allows you to manage the BIOS file checksum, modify Overdrive settings (required to increase the overclocking limit), gives access to the PowerPlay structure and has a built-in editor that allows you to change the hidden settings of the CCC profile, as well as allows you to download and flash the BIOS (built-in WinFlash interface).
Radeon BIOS Editor supports most of the newer models of 2400, 2600, 2900, 3200, 3300, 34x0, 3600, 38x0, 4350, 4550, 4670, 4770, 48x0, as well as HD 5450, HD 5570, HD 5670, HD 57x0, HD 58x0 and HD 5970 series graphics cards. The program allows you to correct a bug that users of some ATI Radeon cards had to struggle with, which caused the fan mounted on the GPU to start working at full speed right after starting the computer.
