Proc Net Monitor is a small and free tool for monitoring and analyzing network activity of all processes running in the system. The program displays all active network connections for each process and the TCP/UDP ports it uses. The tool presents all processes using the network connection in the form of a list containing information about the identifier, session number, manufacturer or the exact location of the corresponding files.

Thanks to the built-in search function for components running on the selected port, it is possible, for example, to easily disable all processes gaining access to HTTP or FTP. Proc Net Monitor allows you to perform operations such as disabling the process, displaying properties, file location, and in case of suspicious components verify them in VirusTotal, ProcessLibrary or Google search engine. So this program is perfect as a tool to protect the system against malicious software.

It also includes the option of generating reports and saving them in HTML or XML format.
