Plastic Animation Paper is a recently released completely free (also for commercial use) 2D animation software in TGA, JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, PSD, TIF and AVI formats. It is characterized by easy operation and relatively large capabilities, which are appreciated not only by home users, but also by large animation studios - using it, elements of Hugo, Bif the Bee and others cartoons were created. Plastic Animation Paper allows you to create individual frames, apply lines and shapes of any shape, as well as move, rotate and enlarge them, creating an impression of movement.

Another very useful feature of the program is the ability to work on layers. Thanks to it, the creation of character animations becomes much faster and more effective. The program can be operated with the mouse as well as with the tablet.

The interface of the program, despite its outdated and not very nice appearance, has a lot of configuration possibilities - the user can freely move and hide selected tools.
