Madar Personnel is a software supporting work in HR and payroll departments, as well as registering work time and cooperation with the payer's program. It is perfect for servicing small businesses, but also for several hundred personal companies. The main components of the program are HR and Payroll modules.

They enable proper registration and analysis of data on employees, contracts concluded, absences from work, as well as handling all issues related to the calculation and payment of wages to employees, both those employed on the basis of an employment contract and other contracts, e.g. a contract-order. With their help it is possible to plan and record working time, create work schedules for employees working in different systems (continuous, brigade) and operate different payroll systems.

Madar staff is also equipped with a work card function to record the activities carried out by individual employees, broken down by contractor. The application also included the RCP option to create an attendance list, based on data manually entered into a computer or electronically recorded with the use of a card reader.
