PC Image Editor is a free graphic editor designed to modify digital photos in different formats. PC Image Editor offers a wide range of useful features that allow you to modify any graphic file. These include options for setting brightness, contrast, saturation, gamma, colour and lighting.

The program also has other equally useful options for changing the RGB channel and setting the image in negative or grayscale form. Special attention should also be paid to the tool that allows you to change the size of any photo.
