Optimik is a valued program to optimize material consumption in the production of furniture, masonry, sheet metal and finishing works. The program allows you to prepare cuts of furniture boards, boards, sheets, glass, stone sheets, logs, worktops and window sills. Optimik has been adapted to work with panel saws.

Optimik allows you to enter designs and orders into the base, along with all the necessary materials, such as putties, angles, tapes for wrapping and the like. Once you have entered your order, you can prepare optimal cut-outs to save material, optimise cuts and estimate the lead time of your order. Production orders can be exported with files for CNC machines.

Optimik has the function of creating a block of elements for slicing, which are particularly useful in designing drawer fronts or sliding doors with a preserved grain pattern. An interesting function, which will be appreciated by furniture manufacturers, is the possibility of parametric creation of products. Moreover, Optimik allows to maintain a database of business partners, i.e.

ordering parties, subcontractors and suppliers of materials, together with settlements with the preservation of various VAT rates for services and materials. The program also allows for group work on a single base. The free version of Optimik allows you to create cutting plans with up to 30 parts, has 15 items in stock and 5 business partners in one database.

Hobby and Workman versions have higher limits. The most advanced, Professional, has no restrictions and allows you to export cutting plans to CSV files.
