OpenFM is a small internet radio that allows you to choose from dozens of stations. They offer an overview of music based on genres, as well as specific artists, the period of creation or the mood of the listener. The sound streamed by the program is of quite good quality, and the connection itself is established quickly, so that you can enjoy the music in just a few seconds after starting up.
After starting, by default, the application displays a preview of a list of sample stations with songs currently playing. Clicking on any of them will automatically switch to the playback screen and start playing music. Another solution will be to find another station that interests us.
To do this, you can use the menu on the left or the scrolling list in the main preview. Selected channels can be added to a favourite list to find them much faster in the future. During playback itself, the screen displays information about the artist, the song, and the disc artwork.
It is also used to create blurred background graphics of the interface. The programme presents an interesting search engine, which allows you to find not only the radio stations, but also specific artists or songs, and thus to find a station that will play the song of our choice in the near future.
