Okozo Desktop is an interesting program that allows you to "revitalize" your desktop in Windows Vista and 7. With its help, you can easily change the standard desktop background to animated and interactive wallpaper. All the wallpapers available in Okozo Desktop level are in fact Flash animations, also using DirectX library version 9.0 or later.
In contrast to other solutions of this type, the wallpapers offered in most cases, apart from the fact that they are "movable" can also react to cursor movements and mouse clicks. Among the wallpapers offered by the program you will find a set of several animations grouped into categories. There are simpler and less waterworks, e.g.
clouds moving in the sky, various types of analogue and digital clocks, abstract animations, but also more complex ones, able to react to commands given by the user via the mouse. Among them we can find, among others, animals moving behind the cursor and simple characters. However, special attention should be paid to the wallpaper with hamster, which we can feed, etc., as well as to the wallpaper with the hamster.
The Desktop window does not offer any wallpapers after installation. The animations we are interested in must be downloaded and installed manually in the program. Their number is limited to just a dozen or so, and all this is due to the fact that each animation has to be optimized by the creators before being made available.
The program does not support standard flash animations in SWF format, but each user can send them for processing in an application-compatible format. For many, this type of solution is a disadvantage of the program, but it should be noted that thanks to this action Okozo Desktop consumes very small amounts of system resources, which is rare in competing applications of this type.
