A useful tool that shows detailed information about existing hard disk drives, writers, CD-R/CD-R/CD-RW/DVD readers, combo, etc. in your system. Particularly useful information that can be obtained through the Nero Infool are drive speeds, supported formats for reading and writing CDs/DVDs, so that we can easily know whether our disc can be read and/or recorded.

The tool is also part of the Nero package but is distributed by the author as a stand-alone and free program.
