The application provides control of equipment retention by employees, prevents theft, permanently and legibly describes tools, fixed assets and equipment, allows you to carry out an inventory, verifies the excessive collection of health and safety measures, effectively accounts for employees, departments and construction from tools, locates available tools in the company to perform work and assigns statuses to tools, allows attaching photos and documentation. The tool room is ideal for tool management, rentals, machinery and equipment rental, equipment and fixed assets records, as well as inventories.

Functions of the program include warehouse file, inventory file, handling of warehouse documents (issue, acceptance, return, consumption, liquidation), monitoring of warehouse stocks, taking care of technical inspection and verification deadlines, handling of mobile terminals, generating reports and analyses, inventory, access rights of operators and authorization of RFID operations. The tool room cooperates with printers, barcode readers and portable data collectors, which significantly accelerates work and eliminates mistakes. RFID module READY thanks to the use of RFID tags (radio proximity tags) and RFID readers can identify even several dozen objects within one second and issue a warehouse document.

The application exchanges data with Excel, CSV, ERP and is suitable for integration with other software.
