Monokrome is a free item that should appeal to fans of titles such as Half-Life or Portal. We are dealing with the logical production of FPP, in which we play the role of the last survivor after an unexpected and unexplained rebellion of robots. The mystery of the event will be solved by breaking through a ruined scientific complex full of workers' bodies, blood, rubble and cubes with specific properties.
They are the essence of the game, allowing you to get to the next hands as well. Our character has a special glove on the right hand that allows to absorb different colored energies in order to transfer them to the cubes made of the title monocrome. Purple allows you to glue them to walls or to walk on the walls if there is a possibility of covering a larger area with energy.
Blue charges the cubes with a force field, which periodically pulses by moving objects around and destroying glass dams. Yellow in turn makes the cubes flyable, allowing them to be lifted, which is useful when it is necessary to release the weight from a particular platform. Production forces you to head not only by not giving a solution to a given situation as if on the palm of your hand, but also by distributing specific mechanisms that need to be activated in a special way in order to be able to get to other locations.
You should also remember not to waste energy unnecessarily and try to predict the next movements. Often an ill-considered action may force us to repeat the level from scratch, and this may exhaust our entire supply of resources necessary to continue the mission. Monokrome has an interesting scenario, and all the dialogues, as for an amateur project, have been carefully recorded.
In addition, the game has been fine-tuned in detail and is quickly drawn in. These aspects, as well as many others, which we will discover during the game will certainly make the position interesting for a large number of players.
