Mixxx is an open source music mixing tool on your computer, whose capabilities should satisfy both beginners and more advanced DJs. The program allows you to combine and mix two songs with each other via two built-in players. The user gets options to change the tempo, panorama, volume of the music played, as well as to amplify selected tones.

For beginners, we have prepared a set of ready-made filters, which make it easier to work with the program and achieve interesting effects. Mixxx sets the tempo of songs in BPM, allowing for synchronization of individual sound channels. It also includes basic functions for queuing and crossfading.

Mixxx supports multi-channel sound cards and is compatible with low latency drivers. Supports MIDI controllers: DJ Console MK2, RMX, Stanton SCS.3d and others, while allowing the turntable to mix the music played through it, when properly connected to the turntable.

Supports multi-core processors. It supports WAV, OGG, MP3, AIFF, FLAC and PLS, M3U playlists, allowing you to record mixed songs to WAV and AIFF files. It also offers a skin mechanism, giving the user the ability to customize the appearance of the interface to their liking.
