Misfit Model 3D is a free, multiplatform application designed to create three-dimensional models (reading and writing: Misfit MM3D, Milkshape MS3D, Quake MD2, Wavefront OBJ) based on OpenGL. The program offers features such as animation creation, simple texturing, command line support, multi-level undo tracking and a plugin system for creating additional models and image filters.

Texturing models can be done with simple colors or native image files (PNG, JPEG, BMP, TGA, PCX, GIF, TIFF, etc.). Additionally, MM3D allows you to freely move and scale objects, copy and move elements between windows, insert background visible around the model, combine different models into one file and much more. The application is an ideal tool for those who want to implement the topic of modeling and texturing of 3D elements.
