The IPsec Diagnostic Tool performs diagnostics of IPsec policies and IPsec logs to determine the root cause of potential IPsec problems. It also analyzes VPN call trace, NAP client activity, Windows Firewall, GPO updates, and system-related events and wireless network components.

The report generated by the tool on the basis of logs collected during the analytical phase allows - as Microsoft assures - to diagnose any problems with the network.
