Meso CMMS is a free edition of the system facilitating and improving the work of maintenance services. It allows you to effectively manage not only your machine park, but also buildings, employees and warehouse. On the basis of collected information and logical connections, the software offers solutions for optimal servicing of objects.

The Meso CMMS system suggests the next service steps to be performed, if any. Allows you to define a schedule of object inspections and notifies you of the upcoming completion date of defined actions, which have been set for notifications resulting from the passage of time or from the course of the machine (defined reading of the counter) and notifies you of reported object failures. The program can also analyse in detail the failure rate of machines and equipment, providing multidimensional analysis of costs, downtime and failure rates.

The software allows you to register and collect information on any failure of your machines and equipment. Immediately after entering a failure report, the employee responsible for the facility is automatically notified. The notification is visible in the system and can also be sent by e-mail or SMS.

On the basis of collected data, Meso CMMS suggests possible solutions and allows to generate a service order. Depending on the situation, service orders can be generated manually, on the basis of reported failures or appearing notifications. As part of a service order, it is possible to plan activities to be carried out in detail, assign employees and consumables.

Also, a disbursement document for consumables used during the order execution will be automatically generated and the costs of the order execution will be calculated.
