Komodo IDE is an advanced development environment for developers of websites and applications in Perl, Python, Tcl, PHP, Ruby and JavaScript. The program offers basic functions such as syntax prompting (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, Tcl, RHTML, Template-Toolkit, HTML-Smarty and Django) or project management, as well as advanced ones: using Komodo IDE you can debug the application, preview the code generated by the server using HTML and DOM inspectors.

The environment supports work with popular version control systems: CVS, Perforce, Subversion, Git, Mercurial and Bazaar. In Komodo IDE you will also find an extensive editor of regular expressions, offering debugging expressions.

SQLite database browser has been built into the program and MySQL and Oracle database browsers can be installed as add-ons (PostgreSQL support is expected to appear in the future).
