Kodi (formerly XBMC) is a multiplatform multimedia center available in native versions for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, iOS and Android. Play music, movies or graphics. How do I configure the Codes?
Take a look at our guide to the latest versions of 17.x Krypton. The program is similar to Windows Media Center, the default multimedia center for the Microsoft system. The application can operate in full screen or window mode and has support for multiple monitors (you can choose on which monitor you want to display the program interface and you can set the blanking of the other monitors), allowing you to display movies, listen to music or view images.
Individual functions can be operated from the computer, using the remote control or relevant applications installed on iOS or Android smartphones. The codes offer the playback of music and movies stored on the disk, as well as photographs. We can also view weather forecasts, programs or system settings.
Using the latter we will change the appearance of the Kodi (set of skins), we can also add extensions to the program. We can also choose the Polish language version for Kodi. Other features within Kodi include subtitles for movies, karaoke, creation of playlists, photo slideshow, editing of network connections or audio and video outputs.
With the add-ons you can install selected web radios, podcasts, search YouTube, browse RSS feeds or manage available content.
