Kiwi Syslog Daemon is a tool to manage logs from routers, switches, Unix hosts and other network devices with syslog. Its basic possibilities of receiving (by UDP/TCP/SNMP), logging in, archiving messages from various sources. Viewing logs takes place in a legible graphic form with coloring by type, it is also possible to generate charts with statistics.

The program can automatically divide logs by priority or time interval and forward messages that meet specific criteria. On Windows NT systems, the program can work as a service. Shareware version is characterized by richer possibilities of automatic log division (according to more criteria), filtering, buffering and notification of alarm states.

Please note that the downloadable version of the program is offered under a freeware license. An upgraded version is available for a fee. You can test the extended version by downloading a free 30-day key and activating the program as a full trial version.

Carrying out the process is not easy, so in turn: after installing the program and starting it, go to the menu, option "help", then "Request a 30 day trial". - filling in a form with an e-mail (on the page to which the program will redirect) to which the key will arrive.

After receiving the e-mail, copy the entire frame (key and other information) to the clipboard, and then just press "F2" and you only have to click on the "register" button :-) and restart the applications.
