Input Director is a simple to use tool that allows you to use a single set of peripherals, keyboard and mouse to operate multiple Windows computers. To make this possible, it is necessary to install the program on all the computers that you want to synchronize. They have to be connected to the same local network.
The synchronization mechanism is based on a master-slave relationship, where the master is the computer to which the peripherals are connected. To identify the computer is the address displayed in the program itself, and to configure the computer as a master or slave there are separate panels, so that the interface does not overwhelm us with the vast possibilities that the Input Director has. In addition to a simple sharing of the mouse and keyboard, the program also offers synchronization of the clipboard content, encryption of transmitted data or definition of keyboard shortcuts.
