Immersive Explorer is a specific file manager, which is a good alternative to Windows Explorer. It is equipped with a graphical interface, which refers to Modern UI in Windows 8 and enables convenient management of the data stored on the disk. The program is created and developed with a huge emphasis on simplicity and, what is important, ease of use, mainly in the case of novice Windows users.

From its level, shortly after its launch, we gain easy access to locations important from the point of view of a standard user - such as libraries with documents and multimedia, as well as hard disks and optical drives connected to the computer. Immersive Explorer displays individual folders and files as tiles. The transitions between them are preceded by simple but effective animations, which are smoothly reproduced thanks to the use of hardware graphics acceleration.
