Icon Changer is a small program for Windows 10, which allows you to replace not for the beautiful icons of this operating system with something nicer. By default it contains a set of icons from Windows 7, but also supports other icons, just add them to the program folder, select the set from the drop-down menu and click the Patch button. Note:
