Helicon Photo Safe is a convenient graphics browser that allows you to organize and manage a large number of photos. With its help we will catalogue in several ways all the photographs we own, import images from digital cameras, record them on discs or protect them against other computer users. The application allows us to view photos in slideshow mode, assign them to categories, rate them and publish them on social networks Flickr, Picasa and Facebook.

Helicon Photo Safe offers the ability to import photos directly from digital cameras, burn a collection of photos to CD/DVD discs, as well as placing them on Google maps (thanks to GPS coordinates saved by the camera or smartphone). The program does not lack the function of searching for duplicate images, comparing two photos, and hiding them from other users. In the case of the latter function, it is performed with the use of special safes created directly from the application level.

The photos are encrypted with one of the 3 advanced algorithms and are not available from Windows Explorer. Access to them is possible only from the Helicon Photo Safe level after entering a predefined password. If you forget your password at some point, the program will send it to your e-mail address.

Helicon Photo Safe supports most of the most popular graphic formats, including RAW files generated by professional digital cameras. The list of supported image files includes BMP, JPG, JPEG, JP2, TIFF, GIF, PSD, DNG, X3F, RAF, CRW, CR2, PDC, MRW, NEF, ORF, PEF, SRF and PMP.
