Half-Line Miami is an uncomplicated and simple in rules 2D bird's eye view shooting. Inspired by the Half-Life2 and Hotline Miami titles, the focus is on dexterity, but tactics with a bit of strategy are not insignificant here either. The environment focuses on the dark, abandoned areas where we are sent to eliminate alien existence and regain occupied areas.

The player's main task is to eliminate ominous units as quickly as possible, while keeping them alive for as long as possible, and then get to the next board. The longer the game lasts, the harder the opponents press and there are more and more of them. During the game we use a special gravity gun which gives the whole game a different character than with conventional weapons.

Physics begins to play a big role in the fight, and the player is given a lot of freedom in inventing applications of their weapons. He can easily lift various objects and throw them at the opponent, calculating at the same time even the angles of strokes. A very important feature of the gun is the creation of a force field, thanks to which it is possible not only to manipulate selected objects, but also to use them as a temporary protection.

It is also easy to repel enemy grenades or attract first-aid kits or ammunition from hard-to-reach places. The game has a decent audiovisual setting, but corresponds definitely to the nineties. Despite this, the position is worth recommending, for example, to remind the climate of games from a dozen or so years ago.
