Gradle is an increasingly popular tool for building complex programming projects, which is an alternative to Ant or Maven. It is based on special scripts created in Groovy, can be used to create mobile software (but not only) and microservices in C++, Java, Python and many other languages. Gradle offers a rich API and support for useful plug-ins to model, integrate and systematize the delivered software.
The capabilities of the tool have already been appreciated by many manufacturers of various types of software - including LinkedIn, Adobe, Netflix and others. The Gradle tool supports development environments (IDE) such as Android Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA or NetBeans.
