Focus Photoeditor is a relatively simple and powerful graphic program, whose main purpose is to edit and process digital photos. It can also be successfully used as a graphics browser, as well as a convenient tool for building web galleries with photographs. The program is an excellent solution for users who want to make corrections and retouches of photographs taken by them via a computer.
The tools, allowing you to work on layers and objects, give you the possibility of almost any image processing, both by beginners and more advanced ones. Importantly, most operations can be performed manually or automatically by the program itself. Focus Photoeditor offers a variety of tools for marking, drawing and painting, applying different shapes, lines, arrows, and more.
In addition, it has a large set of filters, allowing you to easily and quickly apply interesting effects to your photos, not always aimed only at improving image quality. In the case of the latter, the user gets the functions with which we will adjust the white balance, exposure, color saturation and contrast. The advantage of Focus Photoeditor is the large number of supported graphic formats in which our photos can be saved.
Among them we can find, among others. TIF, TIFF, FAX, G3N, G3F, XIF, GIF, JPG, JPEG, JPEG, JIF, PCX, BMP, DIB, RLE, ICO, CUR, PNG, DCM, DICOM, DICOM, WMF, EMF, TGA, TARGA, VDA, ICB, CST, PIX, PXM, PPM, PGM, PBM, WBMP, JP2, J2K, JPC, J2C, DCX, IEV, LYR, ALL, and even AVI, MPEG, MPG, WMV and from the popular Photoshop PSD. The program also supports most of the RAW files created by new digital cameras - CRW, CR2, DNG, NEF, RAW, RAF, X3F, ORF, SRF, MRW, DCR, BAY, PEF, TIF, TIFF, SR2, ARW, KDC, MEF, 3FR, K25, ERF, CAM, CS1, DC2, DCS, FFF, MDC, MOS, NRW, PTX, PXN, RDC, RW2, RWL and IIQ.
Images can also be taken directly from a scanner, webcam or digital camera. The program as one of the few of its kind is compatible with almost all the most popular editions of Windows - including older ones, such as 98 or ME. One of the main drawbacks is the lack of a Polish language version, as well as an ascetic user interface, which not everyone will like.
